We have immediate requirement for Fresher, Junior, Senior and Lead Technical Recruiter
- Experience: 0 to 8 years
- Work Location: Bangalore(Work from Office Only)
- Mode: Fulltime
- Education: Any Graduate and Above
- CTC: As per industries standards
Job Description:
- Minimum 0 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from Staffing companies.
- Accountable for front-ending recruitment activities for Bangalore location
- Responsible for daily and weekly meetings with Technical Panelists and Hiring Managers to keep them updated on status
- Coordinate with Business, understand Hiring plans & requirements and work on job specifications
- Source resumes through various channels such as JOB Boards, Employee referral, partners
- Handle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical Panelists and Hiring Managers
- Responsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection, Offer release and Onboarding
- Good to have knowledge in Recruitment tools
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Excel with good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook ups
- Responsible for post offer follow-up, ensuring that candidates onboard and working with Business on hiring and back-up plans
