Job Description

  • Minimum experience required is 8 years in the Recruitment Industry and IT domain.
  • Candidate should have worked/ should be working as a Lead for IT Recruitment team.
  • Well versed and good understanding of Technology.
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment operations.
  • Motivating, monitoring and driving the team s performance.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
  • Good in research, market mapping and headhunting.
  • Screening and shortlisting best matched profiles.
  • Meeting the targets given time on time basis.
  • Maintain daily hiring reports.
  • Maintaining the database of the candidates.

    • Please note this is a day shift position and an urgent position. Local candidates will be preferred.
