C++ Lead Job in Persistent
Job Summary
About the Position:
We are looking for a C++ Lead who will be responsible for building applications ranging from desktop applications to native mobile applications and embedded systems. In this role, you will be tasked with designing and developing applications, coordinating with a team working on different infrastructure layers, and ensuring the highest standards in software development.
What You ll Do:
- Consultation & Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of software development projects and collaborate with the development team on application design.
- Development & Deployment: Develop and deploy software applications across multiple platforms, ensuring they function optimally across various operating systems.
- Diagnostic Testing & Debugging: Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to ensure applications perform at the highest level.
- User Feedback: Create feedback channels for end-users to enhance application development and functionality.
- Optimization: Regularly optimize software by performing maintenance, updates, and upgrades to improve performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate software development records and document processes.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with C++ standards and advancements in application development to continuously improve your technical expertise.
Expertise You ll Bring:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. C++ certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a C++ software developer with experience in developing software for various platforms and operating systems.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in C++ compliant languages such as C, Java, and Python.
- Strong understanding of C++ standards and specifications.
- Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and XML.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Organizational and time management capabilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
