Job Summary

You will become a member of our UX studio in Bangalore. As a Business Development Manager for the UX design team, you ll be engaging with customer obsessed brands to understand their UX support needs and closing their requirements efficiently.

This is afull-time positionand we are looking for our first Business Development Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming leads and outbound sales
  • Meeting with prospects, and introducing them our UX design and research methodologies.
  • Understanding the prospect s challenges and coming up with engagement approaches to solve them.
  • Negotiating new projectsand prices, and preparing contracts.
  • Your main goal is tohand over well-prepared engagements, and educated clients to our design teams, so they can do their magic.
  • This job might involve 30% of Domestic Travel.

You are the ideal candidate for this position if

  • You arefluent in English.
  • You are well organised and have asystematic approach.
  • You aren t afraid of working independently.
  • You are able to manage multiple tasksand leads simultaneously.
  • You like toengage with a diverse set of people.
  • Youhave great written and oral communication skillsand more importantly, you like to implement these skills!

It is good if you have already worked in the digital field (IT or media) as a sales or account executive/manager. It is also an advantage if you know about UX.
