Job Summary
  • Lead Generation for Recruitment.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in email-based / cold-calling lead generation
  • Experience with e-mail campaigns and other lead-generation techniques is a must
  • Experience with handling companies in North America, EMEA and APAC is highly desirable
  • Self-starter and go-getter
  • Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching the industry.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining and closing business relationships.
  • Establish contacts with clients via telephone calls and email to understand and evaluate customer needs.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Acquiring new clients who have Recruitment Requirements.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities regarding recruitment.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
  • Examines risks and potentials for business opportunities.
  • Estimates Customer Needs and Goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
