Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the growth targets by successfully managing the sales team while creating an inspiring environment.
  • Take ownership of goal setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
  • Generate reports on the team's input metrics, revenue generated and overall performance.
  • Build and execute processes and sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify and pursue customer growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 2+ years of work experience with proven leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of managing CRM tools, data analysis, and expertise in preparing reports.
  • Analytical, with a strong focus on critical thinking, problem-solving ability, well organized and adaptable with a flexible approach.
  • Proven ability in goal setting, mentoring and influencing the team.
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Any other regional language expertise is a plus.
