Job Description

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating Issues: Conduct in-depth investigations of front-end application issues, gathering information, and applying appropriate fix tools.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize backend techniques like log analysis, database queries, and server cycling to identify and resolve problems.
  • Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to understand issues, provide updates, and document resolutions.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge articles and incident reports.
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks based on severity and business impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong SQL skills
    • Experience with front-end application troubleshooting
    • Understanding of backend systems and databases
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Readiness to work in a shift-based role (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
  • Willingness to provide on-call support as needed

Qualification :
An academic qualification in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
