Job Summary

Role Overview: Technical Support Senior Analyst

Join our dynamic production support team as a Technical Support Senior Analyst, supporting a diverse portfolio of applications, databases, and services. You will oversee the day-to-day management of production and lower environments, driving technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

The production support team plays a critical role in International Health (IH) by delivering the following services:

  • Application Support
  • 24/7 Production Support
  • Monitoring, batch optimization, and defect resolution.
  • Configuration updates, data fixes, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Release Management & Change Management
  • Collaborating across teams for rapid resolution of customer-impacting incidents.

This role requires someone eager to own service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and champion modernization and automation across processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for IT and business teams, ensuring alignment with Cigna s IT controls and best practices.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with development teams to manage and enhance the release process while adhering to governance practices.
  • Analyze and resolve technical and data-related issues to exceed SLAs.
  • Support the emerging CHSI India team, focusing on International Health Americas services.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a dynamic, seasoned Technical Senior Analyst with strong expertise in Java, Oracle, and SQL Server.

  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth data and systems analysis and conduct code reviews.
  • Knowledge of automation processes and agile frameworks for delivering IT programs.
  • Experience managing third-party resources and contracts.
  • Familiarity with the wider architectural context of integrated applications.

  • TOAD (SQL tool)
  • Application integrations.
  • Knowledge of Windows and Unix OS.
