We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage and run our complete recruitment function, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and closing positions.HR Recruiter s responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job advertisements, managing recruitment vendors, and conducting background verification.
Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various job portals, social media, vendors, networks, referrals, etc.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive or active candidates
Screening of resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, internally & externally. Source and connect with recruitment vendors to hire quality candidates.
Shortlists the qualified candidates
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Manage the overall recruitment open positions, interview, selection, and closing process and also ensure critical positions are closed at the earliest to avoid business impact.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Master s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred 5-6 years of recruiting experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent record keeping. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
Dep understanding of market compensation and benefits
Wide network and head-hunting skills
Proficient in closing critical positions
