Job Summary

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in full-cycle recruitment;
Familiarity with utilizing social media platforms, resume databases, and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
Hands-on experience with various interview techniques and evaluation methods to identify top talent.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) to efficiently manage candidate information and application data.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations, enabling precise candidate assessment.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field, (open to any specialization) showcasing a strong educational foundation.
