Job Summary
  • Any Graduate /B.E/B.Tech /MCA/ MBA or any postgraduate with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Recruitment.
  • Must have work experience in the automotive industry (Present/Past), that is hiring people with mechanical engineering, Electronics, and Design Engineers.
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements.
  • Familiarity with ATS, Market Intelligence, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Proficiency in sourcing through various job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches for passive job seekers.
  • Should have worked with Automotive companies within Technology, and R&D Domains.
  • Result-oriented/Goal driven
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about learning, and takes initiative with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Effective negotiating skills
  • Highest level of integrity (teamwork, confidentiality, ethics, and integrity are the pre-requisite for the role)
  • Sense of ownership and pride in his/her performance and its impact on the company s success
  • Ability to work clearly stated goals and reach hiring targets.
