Role Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent for Non Tech hiring (sales and support ) across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Working and managing end-to-end non tech recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
  • Leverage deep recruiting expertise to attract top talent with required skill sets for inside sales hiring, field sales hiring, customer support functions
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Working well on your own as a high-impact individual contributor


Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Non Tech hiring - sales support staff and field executives. BPO Recruitmentexperienceis an added advantage
  • Must have experience in bulk recruitment
  • Define and execute various interview techniques and evaluation methods as per the roles
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Work from Office only


Experience:

  • 4+years of experience in Non-Technical recruitment, preferably in hiring sales support staff, marketing executives
  • Startup or Bulk hiring experience is a plus

Education:

  • A full-time Bachelors Degree from a recognized university
