Job Summary

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Oversee recruitment from planning to on-boarding, including coordination of virtual and in-person recruiting events, and off-boarding activities.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source experienced candidates to support the recruitment team s efforts.
  • Interview Coordination: Partner with recruiters to schedule a high volume of virtual and on-site interviews for multiple departments across various locations, both regionally and globally.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Apply an analytical approach to recruitment, using data and trends to inform decisions and develop strategic hiring tactics.
  • Social Media Management: Manage our presence on platforms like Glassdoor and other social media sites.
  • Background Checks & Reporting: Coordinate background checks and assist with monthly reporting of new hires.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, supporting experienced and/or campus hiring, or equivalent internships.
  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree (or equivalent diploma) in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • Workday Knowledge: Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage.
  • Attitude of Hospitality: A positive, service-oriented approach to recruitment.
