Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)
  • Need Analysis (gaining information about the customer). Maintaining a database of contact information
  • Collaborating well with all stakeholders (External and Internal) involved in the sales process
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship in order to generate recurring revenue.
  • Ability to identify and explore all Cross Sell & Upsell Opportunities.
  • Determine and fulfill solutions for Clients and provide after Sales support.
  • Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or service.
  • Regions of Assignment - US and UK markets
  • Shift - Flexible to work in Night Shifts ( 6 PM - 3 AM )

Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4years experience in B2B Sales.
  • Bachelors / Masters Degree.MBA preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good negotiation and decision making skills.
  • Experience in completesales process and dynamics.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
