Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- Identifying Prospects (Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers)
- Need Analysis (gaining information about the customer). Maintaining a database of contact information
- Collaborating well with all stakeholders (External and Internal) involved in the sales process
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company and nurture existing key accounts to build a strong business relationship in order to generate recurring revenue.
- Ability to identify and explore all Cross Sell & Upsell Opportunities.
- Determine and fulfill solutions for Clients and provide after Sales support.
- Monitor competitors products or services and create selling strategies for own products or service.
- Regions of Assignment - US and UK markets
- Shift - Flexible to work in Night Shifts ( 6 PM - 3 AM )
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4years experience in B2B Sales.
- Bachelors / Masters Degree.MBA preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good negotiation and decision making skills.
- Experience in completesales process and dynamics.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
