Job Summary

Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships at the manager and director levels, building trust and respect while managing expectations and achieving the highest level of service excellence Partner with managers and directors to support performance management, onboarding, employee relations, training, and Company guidance Design surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback on engagement initiatives Analyze engagement survey data and employee feedback to surface new insights Support the performance management process by facilitating talent reviews, addressing performance issues, and developing opportunities for our high-potentials Collaborate and contribute to the Talent team in driving Talent strategy and priorities to support the overall business strategy Manage employee relations, time management functions, and provide solutions to address any concerns Create internal content to support HR initiatives and communications Produce engaging text, video, and design content highlighting our culture, values, and work environment Manage internal communications channels and campaigns to promote engagement opportunities Develop visually-compelling PowerPoint presentations that showcase our culture, work environment, values and people Requirements: The ideal candidate for this position will be a strategic thinker and innovator with experience in contributing to defining and implementing Talent strategies that align and integrate with the overall business strategy. Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field Work in a hybrid office work model to effectively build team engagement 6+ years of relevant HR experience in the Professional Services industry Ability to be creative and think outside the box Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Strong project management and collaboration abilities Experience in a start-up or growth company Passion for building an inspired, innovative workplace culture and brand Must be able to work independently or as a part of a team and be self-motivated Ability to work non-standard business hours to accommodate business needs Expert proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, ability to create visually compelling presentations, documents and spreadsheets. Passion for making the workplace an inspiring, supportive, and fun environment
