Job Summary

What is this role all about? You would be responsible for developing and administrating all HR related activities and provide HR related support to Tech (Product & Engineering) & Analytics team. You will also be responsible designing and implementing various processes and interventions aiming at building stronger and engaged teams, support business requirements in achieving business goals and work towards building a stronger employer brand. Responsibilities - What will you do? - Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent management strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning. - Actively participate in manpower budgeting and forecasting in close association with Business leaders - Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements within the approved manpower budget. - Designs and monitors talent acquisition strategy to ensure adequate staffing at all times. - Provides support and guidance to HR Team members and business on HR aspects and key processes. - Implement learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. - Managing engagement and welfare activities of the team aiming at building higher levels of engagement and connect with the team - Managing the performance management process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating the Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management and career growth - Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. - Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for team. - Design, implement and monitor special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new joinee experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices - Work collaboratively with key stake holders, to design and implement OD interventions aiming at people development and happiness quotient - Identify, evaluate and leverage various program development and delivery methods to achieve learning objectives. - Research and recommend leadership development best practices - Conducting internal audits and checks to ensure adherence to all HR processes Job Environment: - Will work in collaboration with various internal stakeholders & BU heads & will be managing multiple vendors & agencies for the function. Has to work in confidentiality of data & compliance framework Qualifications, Experience and Characteristics Required: - 7 - 9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up - Post graduate degree in Human Resources, preferably from premier institutes - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills - Extremely detail-oriented. Takes the initiative to get things done when there is an opportunity for improvement. - Good analytical skills and effective stakeholder management. - Ability to work in a fast paced with quick decision-making environment, and be able to create structures and strong processes
