10 years of experience managing both Development and support teams with and without client facing experience. Maintaining teams with high performance levels for service related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post incident reviews and change requests Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery and excellent application experience Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demands Analyzing third party as well as internal processes, and creating strategies for service delivery optimization Enable teams to create good digital ecosystems for our customers through creative software development processes. Develop integrations between business systems for our customers in their application production ecosystems Ensure teams write clean scalable and smart code using .NET, maintain, revise and debug code Collaborate and coordinate with team members to develop, maintain and design software.
