Should have experience in Recruitment/Payroll/ Client Relationship

Key Responsibilities:

Regularmeeting with clients

Recruitmentof candidates as per required skill set and coordination with client regardinginterview schedule

Conductonboarding formalities of new joiners

Payrolling

Followup with client for payments and invoices

Handlinggrievances of employees

Maintainpositive relationship with clients

Experience& Skills required:

Graduation

Goodcommunication skills preferred

Proficiencyto converse in Tamil, English and Hindi

Experiencein customer service, client coordination and staffing industry is preferred

Experiencein Recruitment, Payrolling, Invoice generation is preferred

Knowledgeof statutory compliances

Strongteamwork skills and attention to details

Comfortablein frequent travelling and must have own conveyance

Localcandidate of Chennai is preferred

Experience Required :

3 to 5 Years
