ACT FIBERNETis hiring for Asst Manager- Enterprise Business for Chennai & Coimbatore location.


Job Title : Assistant Manager Enterprise business

Department : EB
Reporting To : Group EB head


Purpose & Accountability:

  • Responsible for driving Leased line and SME Sales & ARPU targets for the Enterprise Business vertical and Responsible for the revenue and end to end account management with high level of client relationship management
  • 1. Prepare and submit annual sales plan and budget covering Bandwidth, Leased Lines, Geographic Spread of Corporate Clients, Sales Manpower plan and projected revenues
  • 2. Design and implement sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales and ARPU targets as per the approved plan
  • 3. Daily tracking of maintain the compliance against check the status on a regular basis against sales plan
  • 4. Submit MIS to management in the approved format and decided periodicity
  • 5. Conduct reviews of Enterprise Business team on periodic basis
  • 6. Conduct sales trainings for Enterprise Business and build the b2b capabilities in the team
  • 7. Coordinating with operations Team on day to day basis and streamlining the running processes in terms of Activations TAT and feasibility check etc.
  • 8. Submit periodic market intelligence report to group EB head on Market trend, Contemporary Products and Competitors practices
  • 9. Conduct periodic market assessment of customer satisfaction to draw plans to address areas of concern for ensuring customer retention
  • 10. Provide feedback to management on market response to new product launches
  • 11. Assume administrative control for Enterprise Business Vertical
  • 12. Ensure implementations of approved sales promotions schemes across the Enterprise Business Vertical
  • 13. Need to maintain 100% adherence to the processes and policies of the company and adherence of the SLAs
  • 14. Responsible for educating and training the concerned team regarding Dept. vision, Processes and policies
  • 15. Analyzing the market potential, universe of b2b market, database and funnel build up
  • 16. Vertical wise focus of the business across the business and providing the right solution as per the requirement
  • 17. Marketing plans and campaigns for EB business
