Job Summary
  • More than 4 years of total experience, with minimum 1 years of experience as Lead in Inside Sales with Software companies in India.
  • Train and develop the inside sales team members
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Updating self on product offerings, features, etc.
  • Demonstrate Motadata product knowledge to answer customer questions and inquiries
  • Building relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport
  • Sourcing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, emails, webinars, events, Social Media platforms, etc.
  • Nurture leads with the goal of converting them to customers and managing referrals from existing customers
  • Aligning with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Closing customer deals
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Regularly reporting the KPIs to Senior Management
