Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • International business development and client generation for Web Application, Website/portal, Enterprise IT solutions, Product engineering by focusing on .NET application, Mobile Technologies, Enterprise IT services and other technology and tools (Odoo, Salesforce, Shopify).
  • Plan and execute all aspects of the business development initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets established by the Company.
  • Focus on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales via cold calls, references, bids, email campaigns, etc.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate various relevant reports/documents for the Sales/Marketing Department.

Key Skills:

  • Cold calling and strong follow-up systems.
  • Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in the similar profile preferably in IT companies, proven background in business development.
  • Experience and understanding of Portal, Web Application/Web Development, ecommerce and IT services.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing business proposals. (Overall sales process, from Lead qualification through closing.)
