Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Engaging prospects via Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social Media, generating opportunities.
- Pursue new sales leads and prospective clients.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and closes new business deals by coordinating requirements.
- Regular interaction with CodeEpsilon Senior Management team to ensure addressing of needs and issues.
- Create and maintain prospects and log all the communication and updates.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
- Ready to work in Night shift if needed.
Skills
- Applicant must be either an MCA, M.Tech, B,Tech/BE, BCA, B.Sc, MBA
- Experienced in business development & marketing activities.
- Proven track record of achieving goals.
- Possess strong presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills & adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in computers, web search, search engines, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.
- Possess good knowledge on industry and sector classification.
- Possess high level of commitment & the ability to work autonomously.
- Possess good data analytical skills, problem solving skills & adaptability
