Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining key relationships and negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Engaging prospects via Cold Calling, Email Marketing & Social Media, generating opportunities.
  • Pursue new sales leads and prospective clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and closes new business deals by coordinating requirements.
  • Regular interaction with CodeEpsilon Senior Management team to ensure addressing of needs and issues.
  • Create and maintain prospects and log all the communication and updates.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Maintaining short-term and long-term business development plans.
  • Ready to work in Night shift if needed.

Skills

  • Applicant must be either an MCA, M.Tech, B,Tech/BE, BCA, B.Sc, MBA
  • Experienced in business development & marketing activities.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals.
  • Possess strong presentation, negotiation, problem solving skills & adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficient in computers, web search, search engines, LinkedIn, MS Office, etc.
  • Possess good knowledge on industry and sector classification.
  • Possess high level of commitment & the ability to work autonomously.
  • Possess good data analytical skills, problem solving skills & adaptability
