Job Brief

Senior Business Development Executive- Inbound sales with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. The person has to be skilled in Understanding client s requirements, Strategic Planning, Consulting to the clients for the best approach, closing the deal and handing it over to the technical team.


Responsibilities

  • Strong understanding of Web technologies (Website design, web development, PHP, Open Source)
  • Analyse the business requirements of inbound and outbound leads. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
  • Identify, Qualify and outreach prospects via different sales channels
  • Preparing Short term and Long term sales plans, sales approaches and strategies
  • Interacting with the clients for requirement gathering, designing and documenting
  • Lead requirements analysis, validation and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
  • Making Cost Estimations & preparing Proposals, Quotations etc.
  • Managing activities pertaining to negotiation
  • Considering the different viewpoints and needs of Clients and build effective relationships.
  • Delivering artefacts such as Project Plan Documentation, Project Initiation Document, User stories, Use cases, Process flows, SRS, FRS Documents.
  • Continuous business relationship with all the Customers for Upselling and Cross-selling
  • Identifying and communicating risks and possible solutions with Identify and refine client requirements to suggest an optimum solution using internal and external technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with PMs, Developers, QA & Process teams in order to get the desired result
  • Work as a key interface between the client and developers to communicate requirements, strategy, road maps and solutions in a manner that is easy to understand.
  • Maintain active communication with key stakeholders on projects and managing internal and client expectations.
  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

Desired Candidate s profile

  • Relevant Experience of 3 +years with an IT company
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, confident, logical, multitasks handling attitude
  • Should be open for flexible timings/shifts
