Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms.
Managing hiring processes via Applicant Tracking Systems.
Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter & Must have achieved monthly closing targets.
Preparing HR related documents & letters (Joining Letter, Internship Letter etc)
Coordinating with HR department regarding various recruitment trends
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for all IT roles (ReactJs Developer,NodeJs Developer, Flutter Developer, Python Developer, Project Managers, Business Development Executive & More)
Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
