Job Summary

You will oversee the sourcing strategies across multiple business functions, drive continuous improvement, and Stakeholder Management for the current and future hiring needs of the organization.


NOTE:

  • Number of Positions: 4

  • Work from Home till further Notice.

    • Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of IT recruitment experience in a results-oriented environment in a Software Product/Services company.
  • Exceptional Communication, interpersonal & influential skills.Must be someone who makes things happen
  • Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
  • Should have a thorough understanding of various IT terminologies [Java/.Net/Cloud etc]
  • Ability to meet/exceed talent acquisition metrics including individual productivity targets, diversity, and Stakeholders & candidate satisfaction.
  • Planning & Organizing Weekend and Weekday recruitment drive virtual/in-person.
  • Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
  • Strong computer skills with MS Excel, etc.
  • Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
