Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develops and establishes internal recruiting plans (IT & Non-IT) according to the organization s objectives
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
  • Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules
  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
  • Conduct regular follow-up to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Skills Required:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter (IT & Non IT)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Results Driven
  • Sound Judgment

Qualification :
Graduate / Post Graduate / M.B.A In HR (Preferable)
Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
