Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategic alliances.
  • Identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of the association.
  • Actively participate in Business Development through affiliates
  • Identify new sales leads, Pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and execute a strategic partnership pipeline.
  • Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Manage partner relations including execution, result tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.


Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances & Partnership role
  • Prior experience in Business Development will be an advantage
  • Experience in BFSI or B2B sector and exposure to marketing will be an added advantage
  • Smart, confident, dedicated and passionate towards the role
  • Excellent communication skills
