As our Manager - Customer Experience, you will develop strategies to provide the best customer experience to our users and achieve the targets. You will train the team in the best customer experience practices and guide them to bring out the best in them. You should have experience in customer experience management and have demonstrable skills in high value customer management and business development. You should have a passion for talking to customers and providing them with the best possible experience.
Requirements
- Handle all high-value customers through repeat touch points.
- Develop a long-term relationship with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
- Provide customer insights to internal stakeholders for further enhancements.
- Provide highly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.
- Achieve high productivity to maximize the efficiency of high-value customer management.
- Ensure the coverage of the customer base in accordance with the requirements.
- Strengthen and manage the key customer management team.
- Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure the highest level of customer service to high-value customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in the management of high-value customers.
- Experience working with a bank, NBFC will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of the customer base in terms of their game behavior, requirements, etc.
- Awareness of all the policies and procedures used to provide seamless support to customers.
- High integrity is non-negotiable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Tamil or/and Telugu is a must.
