Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on product, customer, competitor, and financial data to inform pricing and packaging strategies. Build analytical models and interpret transaction data to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and PMO, to validate strategic pricing insights through data analysis, customer surveys, and feedback.
  • Pricing Strategy: Assist in the development of pricing models, packages, and monetization strategies. Translate complex data into actionable insights using tools like conjoint modeling, survey analysis, and transaction analysis.
  • Project Management: Own workstreams or projects within small cross-functional teams to drive change and improve pricing and packaging strategies across the organization.
  • Recommendations & Presentations: Present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders. Support operational elements, including SKU rollout and the development of price lists.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with Channel and Sales Enablement teams to implement pricing strategies and manage SKU-related initiatives.

What You ll Bring:

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4+ years focused on B2B SaaS strategy and operations, particularly in the networking and security domains.
  • Proven Success in Pricing: Successful track record in designing and implementing 8+ SaaS pricing and packaging initiatives that have led to measurable revenue growth.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in transaction analysis, survey building, conjoint modeling, and financial modeling, with a keen ability to extract actionable insights from complex data.
  • Tools & Software: Familiarity with Excel, BI tools, Tableau, and statistical analysis. Proficiency in creating presentations and financial models in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Survey Design: Hands-on experience with survey design and execution, especially using tools like Qualtrics, and the ability to generate insights from customer surveys (Voice of the Customer).
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and present findings clearly to senior leaders.
  • Degree: A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Mathematics is preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

After 3 Months:

  • You will have developed a strong understanding of Infoblox s product suite and the strategic objectives of the pricing and packaging transformation.
  • You will have built relationships with key stakeholders and contributed to ongoing projects, using data and analysis to inform product strategy.

After 6 Months:

  • You will take ownership of 1-2 individual pricing and packaging projects, driving progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • You will begin presenting your findings and recommendations to senior leaders and contributing to the broader monetization strategy.

Qualification :
Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or mathematics preferred
