Position: PM2Location: BangaloreType: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather input,prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.- Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide thedevelopment process.- Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively translatingbusiness requirements into actionable tasks.- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth developmentprocesses and timely product releases.- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize userexperience and product performance.- Maintain a deep understanding of the product's functionality, capabilities, and technicalaspects to provide informed support to internal teams and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, includingproduct positioning, messaging, and launch plans.- Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to track the success of launched productsand identify areas for improvement.
Skills- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated product management experience in the consumerinternet industry- A total of 5+ years of professional experience, showcasing a well-rounded understandingof the business landscape.- Experience in gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable productimprovements.- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills- Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision-making- Creative, resourceful,detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on ability to work underpressure & deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations- Well-versed in data analysis- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field of study. A Master'sdegree in business administration or a related field is preferred, not mandatory
