Description:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement client solutions focusing on client satisfaction.
  • Lead engagements pertaining to any of the Commercial Analytics areas like Segmentation, Targeting, Market Mix Modeling, Promotion Response, Digital Analytics, etc.
  • Develop innovative analytical solutions to address specific business questions and optimize commercial strategies across various stages of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.o Present findings and recommendations to clients in a compelling and understandable manner, leveraging storytelling and data visualization techniques.

Client Relationship:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical client organizations
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable analytics projects.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for value creation through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Team Leadership and Project Management:

  • Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee the execution of analytical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
Experience Required :
