- Key Responsibility Areas : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)Business development Generating business for Home Loans from Focus corporate Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate salary team Direct and co-ordinate the various marketing/sales/relationship building activities with Corp orates thereby ensuring the achievement of targets To increase product penetration in the existing relationship to enhance the value of relationship Team supervising Achieve disbursement target for Home loans through lead generation and fulfillment from the corporate network Build & consolidate the existing Team of HBL Put Systems in Place & ensure desired quality of PortfolioClient servicing Leverage the corporate network Maintains TAT and ensure proper and timely customer service Get distribution, penetration & reach and enhance manufacture relationshipInternal stakeholder communication Internal communication with Credit and Ops & to ensure smooth transactions.
