Roles and responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is into B2B & Corporate Selling: New client acquisition, client servicing and key account management for Doodle collection
• New lead generation and market penetration through contacts and networks for different industries
• Identify customer potential, develop concepts and provide excellent service to newly acquired/ existing clients
• Effective closure of sales deals with customer delight and full customer satisfaction
• Will closely work with the creative team in working out on new and exclusive concepts for clients
• Understanding the current market trends and converting traditional thought processes into modern business thus generating revenue through Doodle
• Will be a single point of contact between the client and the internal teams
• Should be able to create a corporate identity for Doodle collection
• Plays a vital role in smooth execution from production to payment receivables.
• Ensuring timely delivery and committed quality
• Exceed Customer Expectations & Satisfaction. To collect customer feedback on every order & escalate up-line in case of any complaints
• Would be of added benefit if candidate has prior experience with an advertising agency/BTL agency
• Should be well versed with MS-Windows, ERP and other relevant software
