  • The Talent Acquisition head will manage and build the skilled team and aspects of resourcing and recruitment team.
  • Apply the strategy to attract diverse candidates to all areas of business.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have over 3-6 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Sales.
  • Ideal candidate should have an MBA from premier business school
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals.
  • Candidates from IT support industry, IT solution sales industry are preferred
  • Must possess strong business acumen, the ability to drive results through others, strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent process orientation
