The Responsibilities:

As a Business Partner

  • Design, develop and deliver TA strategy for Visteon thats forward looking aligned to changing business needs and creates highest business impact
  • Design a roadmap for TA function in line with the best in class global market practices
  • Improve the capabilities of our interview process / hiring managers to increase the quality of the candidates that we can attract and hire.
  • Raise the bar on how we define what we are looking for in our roles
  • Assess & develop the TA capabilities at site level to ensure Visteon is geared up to attract the best talent from competency and quality perspective

Workforce Planning & TA Analytics:

  • Create a framework that facilitates the best workforce forecast in view of cost , capacity, quality of talent and capability in partnership with Work Force Planning Team

Process Excellence:

  • Drive continuous process improvement with creative strategies and a frugal mind set to build a WOW candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Lead global vendor partnerships (with search firms, job portals, LinkedIn etc.) to enable cost , quality and agility
  • Develop the best in class metrics of performance that impacts business and ensure that its part of our global DNA for success. Few focus areas will be :
    • Cost of hire, % of Referrals, Quality of Talent , %critical roles staffed with high performers , % YoY increase in technical capability by job discipline
    • % people who had a role change (lateral or vertical) in the last one year
    • % gender diversity (overall) and % gender diversity in director+ roles
    • Candidate & Hiring manager Experience Feedback, Average time to on-board, Early Attrition, Source of Hires

University hires, Diversity & Branding:

  • Develop a global University engagement program fostering talent pipeline , branding and incubation for Visteons innovation focus
  • Develop and enhance social media and digital marketing strategies to engage and attract the best talent
  • Facilitate programs that help Visteon focus on D & I

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 plus years of experience of which at least 3 years experience of leading global Talent Acquisition COE role
  • Post graduate in Business Administration from top business schools.
  • Experience of Strategic partnership with top level global leadership , ideally CEO and the executive members
  • In-depth understanding of business objectives and how they translate into Talent Acquisition Strategies
  • Experience in improving the interview experience to attract higher quality candidates.
  • Hands on experience in recruitment effectivenessdashboards and analytics
  • Proven record of accomplishment in strategy formulation and execution, planning, implementation, measurement & analysis.
  • Prior experience in product engineering industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and influencing skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans
  • Understanding of Tier 1 Supplier and automotive industry is an advantage
