Job Role - Talent Acquisition Head Tech & Product

Department - People Function

Location - Bengaluru


Key Responsibilities:

Rich experience of hiring for Tech and product dept.

Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

Plan employee referral programs

Finalizing the number of people to be hired with key stakeholders.

Challenging the status quo and continuously improving our existing processes

Closely collaborating with other teams across the organization, especially within People Department

Completely understanding the current business and vision and hire accordingly

Experience building a relationship with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Detail-oriented- Stellar time management and organizational skills

Flexible and adaptable Thrives in a fast-paced environment

A proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume

A passion to find candidates that align with our company s vision and values Personal Attributes

Skills/Competencies/Experience:

- Min 5 years of experience as TA Lead or similar HR role

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

- Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)

- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

- Ability to motivate employees

- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company s success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills
