Job Description

Identifying and working with the HR leadership and extended team on reports and dashboard

Work on metrics based requirement by consolidating information from various sources, summarize results and prepare presentations
Work on variety of reporting and analytical dashboards pertaining to talent acquisition, attrition, movements, headcount, mobility, etc.
Work on employee surveys and related data analysis and insights
Work on documenting, simplifying and automating the current HR processes

Key Skills Required

Proficient MS Office, Macros, Tableau, SQL with ability to manage MIS, dashboards and reporting

Experience Required :

4 to 7 Years
