Job Summary ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Planning, developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the organization s human resource function and performance, including the following functions: talent recruiting and acquisition, performance management, learning and development, career planning, rewards, compensation and benefits, employee relations and legal compliance. These functions also include Employee Wellness and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Developing human resources strategic and operating plans in alignment with company s strategic, financial and operating plans. Participation and contribution to the overall company strategies and plans with emphasis on the perspective of the impact on people. Implementing and continuously improving the programs, policies, practices and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational people issue of the organization. Developing, utilizing and communicating meaningful people analytics to drive and shape business decisions and performance management. Developing and implementing appropriate performance management operating routines. Identifying, implementing and operating appropriate technical solutions to streamline and improve the effectiveness of talent management. Managing overall labour costs to realize the highest possible returns from the right levels of investment. Balancing labour cost management with productivity and risk management, offering alternatives and being able to articulate the trade-offs. Leading a small, efficient and effective team of Human Resources professionals to serve multiple sites in the U.S. and India. THE PERFECT CANDIDATE WOULD BE: An experienced leader and human resource executive with experience in services industries. Experience with financial services, technology and/or back-office operations is highly desired. An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. A well-organized and self-directed individual who understands trade-offs and grey areas and balance personal objectives with broader team goals. An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills. A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor. An excellent facilitator who is experienced in resolving conflicts in a way that allows all parties to win and delivers the best outcome for the company. A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational, implementation and detail-oriented perspective. Demonstrate the ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity while maintaining a professional demeanor and projecting a positive, optimistic attitude. Demonstrate past success working within a multinational organization. Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills. Maintain and demonstrate cross cultural awareness. Be able to interpret and advise employment law codes from different countries. Be able to assess and analyse learning and development requirements. Demonstrate prior experience in design, development and implementation of salary administration plans and employee benefit programs. Demonstrate experience in analysing and re-engineering processes and operations, in formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and operational plans. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication (mainly verbal) skills, Influence, Persuasion, Listening, Empathy. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position have supervisory responsibilities. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Required English Ability Level Business Fluent Required Hindi/Gujrati Ability Level Business Fluent QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 10 years of HR supervisory/leadership experience including multiple years of senior level HR experience in a multi-national company. Strong business acumen to understand business dynamics and organizational design and impact. Experience of building a comprehensive HR strategy in a multi-location operation to successfully meet business needs. Bachelor s degree required, master s degree preferred. EDUCATION: Any Bachelor s/Master s degree.
