Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets.
- Manage clients from Corporate sources (For Residential) and Non-Corporate (For Residential) clients.
- Facilitate Sales Team Meetings, Sales Analysis, generate sales report & prepare detailed MIS.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Handling a Sales team & Back Office team.
- Develop and Maintain effective relations with existing, past clients and Brokers/Agents with a view to ensure the Pre-Designated sales.
- Networking with financially reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration.
- Preparing dealers for Channel Marketing through Meetings and motivate them to get business.
- Evaluating and Monitoring Dealer Sales and Marketing Activities; Implementing Effective strategies to maximize Sales.
- Assessing the Customer Feedback, Evaluating areas of improvements for evolving newer growth patterns of the brand.
- Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
- Supervise the operations, covering various functions such as Site visits, Customer assistance, Executing the Sales Agreements and Other documentation jobs, etc.
Salary: Above Industry Standard Compensation and a generous Incentive Structure/Bonus.
