In this role, you will be aligned with Accenture s Recruitment vertical, responsible for delivering candidates to meet recruiting demands based on the Recruiting Plan. Your tasks will span multiple sub-offerings such as: Recruitment Sourcing Scheduling Background Verification (BGV) Document Collection Onboarding Internal Shared Services You will work on talent acquisition processes and leverage Workday Recruiting, an end-to-end application for talent acquisition, to help find, share, engage, and select the best candidates (both internal and external) for the organization. What Are We Looking For? Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting and an understanding of recruitment processes. Core Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Problem Solving: Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems related to talent acquisition processes. Daily Interaction: Interact primarily with peers within Accenture, with some exposure to clients and/or Accenture management. Work Instructions: Receive minimal instructions on daily tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments. Decision Impact: Your decisions will primarily affect your own work, with potential impacts on the work of others. Team Involvement: As an individual contributor, you may also oversee a small work effort or team. Shift Requirements: This role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
