Job Summary

We re looking for 2+yrs of exp as HR / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our International HR team and directly impact Kaseya's growth, engagement and culture by strategically attracting top talent to drive our growth. A look inside the job Day-to-day support with talent attraction, selection and on-boarding activities such as job ads, resume screening, pre-screening interviews, market mapping and new hire check ins Creation dashboard and reporting within PowerBI is required. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Recommend improvements that impact local and global initiatives including, employment branding recommendations, event & job board strategies and candidate communications. Facilitate on boarding for new employees, including new employer paperwork, assistance with travel arrangements, greeting them upon arrival and setting them up in our HR systems. Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, proctoring assessments, and administering background checks. Ensure good communication with new hires, hiring managers, and recruiters, providing a consistent, positive and seamless experience for all involved. Maintain data integrity within our ATS (Greenhouse) and deliver weekly reports associated with candidates, hires, transfers, and terminations. Own HR related operations and responsibilities such as day-to-day administrative tasks, on- boarding and off-boarding procedures, Assist with planning and attending recruiting events when needed alongside supporting local recruitment team with administrative duties. Performs special projects, as assigned.
