Job Summary
  • Position: Assistant Manager- Membership

    Location: Noida

    Job Description:
    • Assistant Manager- Membership - Individual Contributor role in DSCI Membership team, currently based in Noida, but have possibility of relocation in future.
    • Track and Analyse sectors like (healthcare, insurance, SMB, manufacturing) and engage with Industry members and promote DSCI s Cyber Security and Privacy programs.
    • Plan sectoral initiatives for cyber security and Privacy, work with sectoral Industry members with specific programs and DSCI Membership offering.
    • Build relations with Industry leaders driving Security and Privacy function and evangelise DSCI Programs and initiatives and membership services
    • Identify new Industry members across sectors and regions and work towards onboarding them to DSCI membership program
    • Engage with Security start-ups, tracks new Security startups across India, and have them leverage DSCI Programs for Industry development and onboard them as members.
    • Engage in lead generation exercise, and execution plan for conversion
    • Ensure continuous communication with the members, keeping them informed about the developments in security and privacy domain, and ensuring their involvement in DSCI initiatives and capacity building programs
    • Plan and execute membership specific initiatives like outreach, events, meetings, etc.
    • Collaborate and support internal teams across tasks related to sector specific content development, outreach, conducting surveys, etc.
    • Undertake client relationship management (end-to-end, creation of proposal documents, financial documentation processing with support from finance team, accounts payable, ID generation, etc.).
    • Provide logistic support to internal teams where required.
    • Track membership deliveries per account and map their satisfaction score.
    • Proactively respond to queries related to membership services with clear focus on turn-around-time.
    • Efficiently maintain the member database, monitor corporate website updates pertaining to membership program and CRM to help develop market intelligence required for membership growth.
    • Prepare reports on membership deliveries and impact, revenue pipeline and conversions.
    Qualification & Experience:
    • Post-graduation in management studies
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing & sales/client relationship management from Technology Sector (B2B/Corporate sales in sectors like healthcare, insurance, PSUs, SMB etc. from a Technology company will be preferred)
    • Candidates with B2C sales background with desired skillset may also apply
    • Experience with enterprise customers in South and Eastern geography, will be an added advantage
    Required Skillset:
    • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across teams to engage with members and deliver services
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills (English)
    • Hands-on experience on MS Office tools (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    • Understanding Customer Digital technology and Security Roadmap across different verticals.
    • Proficient with lead generation across physical and digital platforms events, trade expo, social media, website, etc.
    • Strong Pipeline Management and Conversion track record with enterprise Customers and PSUs
    • Proactive and has a customer-centric approach to timely response
    • Collaboration: A good team player who can work independently as well as in groups.
    • Ability to work to strict deadlines
