Key Responsibilities:

  • Publisher Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new publishers to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
  • Technical Integration: Oversee the technical integration of publishers' ad inventory, ensuring seamless implementation and optimal performance.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor publisher performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Programmatic Advertising Expertise: Deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts, including ad servers, ad exchanges, demand-side platforms, and header bidding.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google DFP, Ad Manager 360, DV360, Header Bidding, Open RTB, and DMPs.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with publishers and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to address technical challenges.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
