Brief about the Team

In Tata 1mg, the Project Management team is likely responsible for identifying and executing strategicprojects and initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives.

What will you do

Career Development and Performance Management

The FC Manager will be expected to engage in continuous people and team developments using appropriate methods as well as fostering an environment that encourages teamwork by:

People and Performance Management, action planning, recruiting, coaching and training

Meet regularly with each FC to coach, mentor and evaluate progress towards objective fulfilment, training, and development needs

Setting high goals for personal and group accomplishments; using measurement methods to monitor progress toward goals

Reward and recognize individuals for actively contributing to FC team goals and for behaving in such a way that is consistent with team decisions.

Facilitates regular team interactions to optimize team performance

Planning and Partnerships

The FC Manager is expected to develop the plan for the implementation of the FC role locally, which includes:

Serving as an active partner in contributing to the PSP strategy as appropriate.

Ensures strategic alignment of FC activities to PSP objectives

Proactively defines and communicates boundaries of the FC role

Establishing a strong FC identity and serves as an advocate for the FC role.

Understanding the patient educational landscape within the relevant therapeutic area to make effective resourcing decisions.

Effectively collaborates with alliance/business partners as appropriate

Business Management Activities

While the focus of the FC s is to coach a compliant and professional FC Team, the FCs is accountable for the following:

Evaluates customers satisfaction measures to maximize effectiveness of the PSP program

Negotiates for and ensures effective allocation and utilization of required and available resources

Continual compliance with all procedural requirements of the role

Effectively collaborates cross functionally

- covering PAN India and supervise 14 field counselors

What we are looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach.

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

Open to Travel on a pan India basis.
