Job Summary
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of technical experience in IT industry
- Familiarity with practical agile methodologies
- Demonstrates continual learning, accountability and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
- SQL Scripting experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Windows OS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience communicating with IT teams, stakeholders, and major incident teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Ability to handle all user interactions in a professional, courteous manner
- Split shift times to allow for interaction with daily team stand-up meetings, and overall team interactions
