Job Description

• Individual Contributor, Sourcing, screening, evaluating and selecting candidates as per recruitment process
• Manage recruitment team achieve the set target
• SPOC for client coordination and follow ups on progress
• Proficiency with employment interviewing techniques and Talent acquisition
• Hiring experienced professionals across diverse competencies
• Experienced in recruiting both contract and permanent positions
• Skilled in headhunting using various social networking sites
• Belief in teamwork, accountability, and healthy relationship
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement the Firm's policies efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team and complete recruitment life-cycle
• Responsible for handling the interview process.
• Posting job descriptions on job portals and keep updated all the time.
• Build and maintain a resume database for recruitment.
• Recruitment Tracker Maintenance on a daily basis.
• Regular follow-up with candidates given offer letters.

Education:

• B. Sc / M. Sc Computers; BCA / MCA
• B.E / B.Tech

• A self-starter and go-getter with a can-do attitude
• Results-oriented determining strategy and delivering on time
• Ability to work under pressure and cope up with stress.
• Good Leaderships skills with team handling ability
• Excellent in oral and written communication.

• Ability to troubleshoot recruiting-related issues and drive them to resolution with minimal supervision.
