Recruitment Strategy and Planning: a. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract healthcare professionals from different countries. b. Identify target regions and countries for recruitment efforts based on staffing needs and market analysis. c. Collaborate with senior management to establish recruitment goals and objectives. d. Create and maintain a recruitment plan, including timelines, resources, and budgets. 2. Design and implement efficient recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. a. Develop and maintain recruitment materials, including job descriptions, advertisements, and marketing collateral. b. Utilize various recruitment channels, such as online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates. c. Review and assess candidate applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection decisions. d. Coordinate and manage the documentation and visa processes for recruited healthcare professionals. 3. Onboarding and Retention: a. Collaborate with internal departments (HR, legal, immigration) to ensure smooth onboarding of recruited healthcare professionals. b. Develop and implement orientation programs to familiarize new hires with the organization's policies, procedures, and culture. c. Facilitate ongoing support and mentorship for newly recruited healthcare professionals to enhance retention rates. d. Monitor and address any issues or concerns raised by the recruited healthcare professionals during the onboarding and initial employment stages. 4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: a. Stay updated with international healthcare regulations, immigration policies, and labor laws related to recruitment and employment. b. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process. c. Work closely with legal counsel to draft employment contracts, negotiate terms, and mitigate risks associated with international recruitment. 5. Team Leadership and Management: a. Lead and supervise a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching. b. Set performance goals, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. c. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development. d. Allocate resources effectively and manage workload distribution within the team. e. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. In-depth knowledge of international healthcare systems, licensure requirements, and immigration processes. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and strategies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance related to international recruitment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Fluency in multiple languages (desirable).
