In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Britannia's employer brand narrative across all internal and external touchpoints. You will lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive employer branding strategy, fostering a positive employer image that attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities: EVP Champion: Refine and communicate Britannia's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the entire HR lifecycle. Integrate the EVP into all HR programs and communication strategies to ensure a consistent and compelling message. Content Strategist: Develop a unified communication plan to showcase Britannia as an employer of choice. Create engaging content for external and internal HR events, including webinars, interviews, and panel discussions. Social Media Savvy: Manage Britannia's employer branding presence on social media and other external platforms. Proactively build and cultivate a positive employer image to attract talented candidates. Internal Advocate: Equip internal stakeholders with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate Britannia's employer brand story across all interactions. Campus Recruitment Leader: Oversee the entire campus placement program. This includes managing the recruitment process, developing engagement plans, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions.
