Job Summary What will your job look like?

Build, lead, and direct a Presales Proposal Management/Bid Response team in support of the divisional sales goals. Plan, organize, and oversee the response process, from initial RFx review to win/loss analysis, driving response preparation and management activities and providing oversight to ensure that best-in-class sales documentation is delivered. Ensures alignment and consistency of messages the Corporate, Divisional, and Account level.

Must Have:

  • Proposal Management: Perform presales proposal management activities for the division or specific accounts.
  • Identify the proposal deliverables and define items that require special approval or unique knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Sales response team (Divisional Presales, SD, CBG Management, and so on) to respond to the technical, implementation, and other related questions.
  • Leverage best practices to design, develop, and deliver best-in-class Sales materials, ensuring quality and consistency within or across accounts/ regions. Collaborate across accounts/regions to provide a single voice, ensuring that all messages are synchronized. Maintain a broad view within or across regions and accounts.
  • Prepare the Executive Summary, in consultation with the CBE/SD, to enhance the business sales messaging content of the document, and perform top-quality grammatical editing to make the document more readable and compelling.
  • Oversee the production and on-time delivery of printed and/or soft copies of the proposal, including final quality checks, printing, binding, packaging, and shipping.
  • Ensure that all collateral presented to customers is well-written and complies with the Amdocs style guide, standards, and legal and financial regulations, thereby presenting Amdocs in a highly professional manner.
  • Conduct cross-organizational debriefs to review lessons learned and implements ideas on how to improve quality, services, and deliverables.
  • Technical aptitude to understand technical software solutions and offerings.
  • Credibility and experience in delivery or similar role to challenge estimations, man months, proposal content, and so on.
  • Experience in budget management & monitoring (up to the division level).
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience preparing reports and tailoring communication as appropriate to audience.
  • Good to have:

  • Change management experience, and familiarity with change management techniques, in order to facilitate achieving buy-in for the transformation.
  • Understand SDLC, Familiar with software architecture and experience working both with Program level, Leaders and teams.
  • Good Understanding of Mobile Financial domain.
