Job Summary Identify new technology in the market and associate with our servicesEnhancement of solutions that are already deployed to increase the efficiency and performance Understanding, analysing and designing new service delivery model along with architecture and SOP to attain Customer satisfaction Packaging of deals for customer requirement. Conducting internal R&D for new products definition. Management of vendor association and partner eco-system enhancement. Be aware of market trends/ changes/ competitive landscape in the business line with competitive solution-sets and price range(s). Engage with CXO level stakeholders and their second line to, share, explain and sell our value propositions. Drive the necessary reviews and sign-off of the technical solution with proper inputs from the various stakeholders of organization Identifying new products in the market that will best fit the business to improve the efficiency in the sphere of CCTV surveillance, Alarm management, Access Management and Network Management. Conduct site surveys of prospective/new customer location and prepare drawings and layout plan. Interacting with OEM for best possible model technical best fit for solution desired. Coordination with OEM/Developer for new implementations at command centre. Carry out PoC. Prepare cost sheets as per the requirement of the business. RFP and RFI handling preparation to submission Qualification : MBA
